Filing 10
ENDORSED ORDER. The Clerk is DIRECTED to strike Plaintiff LaDarius Chivar Pritchett's Amended Complaint (Doc. #9). On March 4, 2025, the Court dismissed Pritchett's original complaint and closed this case. The Amended Complaint attempts to state the same claims as the original complaint, Pritchett signed it before the Court's dismissal order, and it was mailed to the Court by someone other than Pritchett. It thus does not appear Pritchett intended to commence a new action. If Pritchett wants to commence a new federal action, he may file a complaint, which will be given a new case number. Signed by Judge Sheri Polster Chappell on 3/10/2025. (NMC)
