ENDORSED ORDER. Christopher Sanders filed a paper titled "Emergency TRO" (Doc. #1) in the Tampa Division of the Middle District of Florida. The Tampa court construed the motion as a complaint and transferred it here. This Court entered and served a standing order to address Sanders' claim of suicidal thoughts. (See Doc. #4).
