ORDER. On June 1, 2025, Plaintiff filed her Complaint purportedly seeking preliminary injunctive relief. (See Doc. #1). It is unclear whether Plaintiff truly seeks a preliminary injunction or an injunction at the time of final judgment. In any event, Plaintiff's purported request for a preliminary injunction fails to comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65, the Local Rules for the Middle District of Florida, and otherwise fails to establish a basis for this Court to enter a preliminary injunction. Accordingly, any request for preliminary injunctive relief in Plaintiff's Complaint (Doc. #1) is DENIED without prejudice for Plaintiff's failure to comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65 and the Local Rules for the Middle District of Florida.
