Because the undersigned is a named defendant in a related action, Nixon v. Trump et al., Case No. 2:25-cv-00604, disqualification is required. Id. Accordingly, the Honorable John L. Badalamenti is RECUSED from this action. The Honorable Sheri P. Chappell and the Honorable John E. Steele are also named defendants in the aforementioned related action. Because no other district judges not subject to recusal remain in the Fort Myers Division, the Clerk is DIRECTED to reassign this case to a district judge in the Tampa Division.
