If, as of the date and time of this order, plaintiff has not responded to defendant's interrogatories (Doc. 26-1) or defendant's requests for documents (Doc. 26-2), then all objections other than privilege are deemed waived and plaintiff must serve full and complete answers to the interrogatories and all non-privileged responsive documents by February 12, 2026. Moreover, plaintiff must execute and furnish to defendant all requested medical-record-release forms by February 12. Finally, the record reflects that an expense-of-motion award under Rule 37(a)(5)(A) is appropriate. For a motion like this, such awards routinely fall within the range of $300 to $500. If the parties do not resolve this issue on their own, then by March 12 defendant may file a supplement discussing the number of hours and hourly rates related to making the motion, and plaintiff may file a response within 14 days.
