| Filing 12 NOTICE of Local Rule 1.11(e), which provides that, unless an order states another time, a seal under Rule 1.11 expires ninety days after a case is closed and all appeals are exhausted. To prevent the content of a sealed item from appearing on the docket after the seal expires, a party or interested non-party must move for relief before the seal expires. (Signed by Deputy Clerk). ORDER dismissing case without prejudice for failure to prosecute. Kusaj has not diligently prosecuted this case and has ignored the Court's order. See Local Rule 3.10. At bottom, his actions show a lack of interest. The Clerk is DIRECTED to enter judgment, terminate any pending motions and deadlines, and close the case. Signed by District Judge Kyle C. Dudek on 2/23/2026. (CGW)

Filing 8
TEXT ORDER. Local Rule 3.03 requires that each party file a disclosure statement using the standard form from the clerk or the court's website. However, in filing his disclosure, plaintiff used an improper form. The form was updated on November 1, 2025. As such, the paper is deemed stricken, and the clerk is DIRECTED to delete the PDF file (Doc. 4) from the CM/ECF docket. By January 30, 2026, plaintiff must refile his disclosure statement using the proper form, which can be found at: https://www.flmd.uscourts.gov/form/disclosure-statement. Failure to do so may result in dismissal without further notice. Signed by Magistrate Judge Nicholas P. Mizell on 1/16/2026. (RCD)

Filing 7
TEXT ORDER directing the clerk to add plaintiff George Kusaj's email address to the docket ([email protected]). All future notices of electronic filing will be sent to this email address. Kusaj must continually monitor this email account. The Clerk will no longer mail paper copies of our orders or notices to Kusaj. Defendant's filings will also be served on Kusaj via the CM/ECF system. Kusaj is cautioned that he cannot solely rely on the "docket text" in the notice of electronic filing, which, in many instances, is merely a summary of a court order. Instead, if a linked numeral follows the "document number" in the emailed notice from the court, then Kusaj must click on the link--which is only active for fifteen days--to obtain and review the court's order. Kusaj must immediately notify the court of any change in email address and promptly respond to notices of electronic filing as appropriate. Failure to do so may result in dismissal without further notice. Signed by Magistrate Judge Nicholas P. Mizell on 1/16/2026. (RCD)
