(Doc. 7). Plaintiff has failed to file an amended complaint, and the time to do so has passed. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this case without prejudice for failure to comply with the Court's Order and for failure to prosecute. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b); Owens v. Pinellas Cnty.
