PTA-FLA's Motion to Further Stay This Action and For Extension of Time (26 in case 3:11-cv-510-J-3 2JRK) is moot. ZTE USA's Motion to Seal Final Award in Arbitration (22 in case 3:11-cv-510-J-32JRK) is moot. On or before 1/22/2015, ZTE USA shall file a combined response to Daredevil, NTCH West-Tenn, and NTCH-WA's responses (28, 29, 31 in case 3:11-cv-510-J-32JRK). On or before 1/22/2015, Daredevil, NTCH West-Tenn, NTCH-WA, and Steinmann shall file responses to ZTE USA's motion to confirm. On or before 2/5/2015, ZTE USA shall file any reply.
