Count IV of the Amended Compliant is dismissed with prejudice as to Steven Strickland. Counts I and VI of the Amended C omplaint are dismissed as to Renate Burch. Count III of the Amended Complaint is dismissed with prejudice as to Bennie Burch. Defendants should answer the complaint by August 15, 2014.
