The Court defers ruling on the Rule 12(b)(6) portion of the motion. Not later than 8/16/2019, the parties shall file a joint notice informing the Court whether they prefer to brief the choice of law issues now or have the Court defer ruling until the choice of law issue is fully briefed as part of the class certification motion.
