In responding to question number 2, defendant states that it is an LLC comprised of one member, AutoZone Investment Corporation, and that AutoZone Investment Corporation is "a citizen of Nevada and Tennessee." Id. at 2. This response fails to comply with 28 U.S.C. 1332(c)(1). Under 28 U.S.C. 1332(c)(1), "a corporation shall be deemed to be a citizen of every State and foreign State by which it has been incorporated and of the State or foreign state where it has its principal place of business." Defendant is directed to file a disclosure statement using the form on the court's website, www.flmd.uscourts.gov, on or before December 23, 2025, addressing the deficiency noted above. As information, the form changed effective November 1, 2025. The Clerk of Court is directed to remove doc. 8 from the official court record.
