ENDORSED ORDER. Plaintiff, Traymonte B. Snipes, an inmate of the Florida penal system, filed a pro se document #1 asking that the Court order criminal investigations into and arrests of prison officials involved in federal crimes at Columbia Correctional Institution. The filing is not a complaint, does not include all of the information required by the Court's civil rights complaint form, and cannot commence a civil action. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 3 ("A civil action is commenced by filing a complaint with the court."); see also M.D. Fla. R. 6.04(a) ("A pro se person in custody must use the standard form[.]"). Accordingly, the Clerk of Court shall close this case and send Plaintiff a civil rights complaint form. If Plaintiff chooses to refile his claims, he may do so on the provided form.
