ENDORSED ORDER: Plaintiff James T. Murzike, an inmate of the Florida penal system, filed #1 a pro se, handwritten document titled "Permanent Injunction & Temporary Restraining Order." The document is difficult to read, but Plaintiff appears to allege that prison officials have threatened, starved, and poisoned him in retaliation for a lawsuit he filed. As the Court has advised Plaintiff multiple times, see, e.g., 3:26-cv-587-WWB-MCR (Doc. 3), a filing such as this cannot commence a civil action. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 3 ("A civil action is commenced by filing a complaint with the court."); see also Local Rule 6.04(a) ("A pro se person in custody must use the standard form[.]"). Plaintiff has not filed a proper complaint, nor has he provided all of the information required by the court-approved civil rights complaint form. Additionally, Plaintiff has not filed a proper motion for injunctive relief. See Local Rules 6.01, 6.02. Accordingly, the Clerk is directed to close this case and send Plaintiff a civil rights complaint form. Plaintiff may commence a new action by using the form. Signed by Judge Wendy W.
