Plaintiff Karen Seaberg may file a response within twenty (20) days from the date that any such motion is filed. Within twenty (20) days from the date of this Order, Steak N' Shake shall file its response, if any, to Plaintiff Karen Seaberg's Verified Motion for Costs 58 and Motion to Join or Add Zurich American Insurance Company as Party Defendant on the Final Judgment 59 .
