Filing 39 ORDER confirming rulings at show cause hearing. On or before April 10, 2019, Defendants River Ranch Bar & Grille, LLC, and Ryan W. Blakeslee shall provide to counsel for the Secretary of the Department of Labor all requested financial documents. Defendant Ryan Blakeslee is directed to work in good faith with counsel for the Secretary of the Department of Labor in providing the requested financial documents and in working toward a payment plan. The currently imposed $500 daily fine shall be suspended pending the Secretary's review of Defendant's financial documents. By written notice filed on or before May 10, 2019, counsel for the Department of Labor shall advise the Court regarding the status of the case and whether any further issues require the Court's resolution at that time. Filing 31 ORDER adopting 30 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS. The Secretary's Petition for Adjudication in Civil Contempt 23 is GRANTED. Defendants River Ranch Bar & Grille, LLC and Ryan W. Blakeslee are hereby adjudged in civil contempt for faili ng to comply with the Default Judgment 20 . Defendants may purge themselves of the civil contempt by, within 10 days of the date of this Order, contacting counsel for the Secretary and providing payment of the amount due under the Default Judgment ( $27,862.18, plus post-judgment interest in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 1961 from the date of the original Judgment until paid). If Defendants do not purge themselves of the civil contempt, a daily fine, in the amount of $500 per day, will be imposed against Defendants until they are in compliance with the Default Judgment. Defendants are required to pay the Secretary's attorney's fees and costs incurred in this proceeding. The U.S. Marshal is directed to serve Defendants with a copy of this Order.
