Filing 5 OMNIBUS ORDER: The Report and Recommendations of the Magistrate Judge are adopted, confirmed, and approved in all respects and are made a part of this omnibus order for all purposes, including appellate review. Plaintiff Randall Rolle's Motions to Proceed in Forma Pauperis are DENIED. The Clerk is directed to close the following cases: 5:18-cv-8; 5:18-cv-13; 5:18-cv-18; 5:18-cv-25; 5:18-cv-45; and 5:18-cv-46. The Court further orders that Plaintiff Randall Rolle's IFP privilege is REVOKED, and the Clerk is directed to refuse to accept any more of Plaintiff's filings relating to his 2002 state court conviction and subsequent probation violation proceedings that are not accompanied by full payment of the appropriate filing fee.
