ENDORSED ORDER: Plaintiff Lynum has filed this case in the Tampa Division of the Middle District of Florida against various defendants, including a circuit judge from the Fifth Judicial Circuit for Sumter County, Florida, based on a temporary stalking injunction that was entered against him in Sumter County. Indeed, the Complaint states that the "acts and omissions giving rise to the claims occurred in Sumter County, Florida." (Doc. #1 at 5). However, Sumter County is in the Ocala Division of the Middle District of Florida--not the Tampa Division.
