The Clerk is directed to terminate Defendants Savant, Griffin, Howard, Aiarcon, Donsart, and John Does one through five as parties to this action. If Plaintiff desires to proceed in this case, he must file an amended complaint within TWENTY-ONE DAYS from the date of this Order. The Clerk shall send Plaintiff a copy of the standard civil rights complaint form.
