ORDER. Plaintiff's objections (Dkt. #17) are OVERRULED in part. The magistrate judge's recommendation (Dkt. #16) is ADOPTED in part. Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Dkt. #8) is DENIED without prejudice. Plaintiff's amended complaint (Dkt. #15) is DISMISSED without prejudice as a shotgun pleading. On or before May 8, 2026, Plaintiff may file a second amended complaint provided that he can do so in good faith and in full compliance with this order and all applicable Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Middle District of Florida Local Rules. If Plaintiff submits a second amended complaint in accordance with this order, then on or before May 8, 2026, he may also file a renewed motion to proceed in forma pauperis. If the second amended complaint brings a claim without correcting all pleading deficiencies identified in this order related to that claim or if the second amended complaint fails to comply with this order in any way, the court may dismiss the second amended complaint without notice to Plaintiff.
