Ahrens and Defendants Walmart Supercenter, Walmart Stores, Inc., Lee Scott, S. Robson Walton, Novo Nordisk, Inc., and Martin Soeters. The case will proceed only against Defendant DHL World Wide Express. DHL will be the only defendant named in Ahrens' amended complaint to be filed on or before January 3, 2005. See Docket No. 49.
