ORDER adopting 29 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION ;Granting in Part 26 Joint MOTION to Approve Settlement filed by Ronald P. Weiss, Sun Tropic Coatings, Inc. The Court DECLINES to reserve jurisdiction to enforce the settlement agreement. Counsel for Plaintiff is PROHIBITED from withholding any portion of funds payable to Plaintiff under the settlement agreement pursuant to a retainer agreement or otherwise.
