Defendant Keith Vidler's Motion for Summary Ju dgment 94 is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part: a. As no genuine issues of material fact exist, Defendant Vidler's Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED as to Count One of the Amended Complaint. b. In all other respects, Defendant Vidler 9;s Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED. Defendant Travis Leslie's Motion for Summary Judgment 95 is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part: a. As no genuine issues of material fact exist, Defendant Leslie's Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED as to Count One of the Amended Complaint. b. In all other respects, Defendant Leslie's Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED. As no genuine issues of material fact exist, Defendant Jerry Demings' Motion for Summary Judgment 96 is GRANTED. The Clerk is directed to terminate Defendant Dave Ogden as a party to this case. A summary final judgment will be entered at the conclusion of this litigation.
