ORDER granting 10 motion to dismiss. Defendant American Express Centurion Bank's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 10) is GRANTED. Plaintiff Industrial Park Development Corporation's Complaint (Doc. 2) is DISMISSED, without prejudice.
