ORDER adopting 46 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION; granting 45 Joint MOTION for Settlement for Approval of Settlement and Incorporated Memorandum of Law filed by Santiago Vargas. The Court finds that the settlement of the FLSA claims is a fair and reasonable resolution of a bona fide dispute over FLSA provisions.
