It is hereby ORDERED that copies of this Order, together with the Motion on which it is based and the exhibits thereto, shall be served on Respondent within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. Proof of service shall be promptly filed with the Court. Within fourteen (14) days of service of the copies of this Order, together with the Motion on which it is based and the exhibits thereto, the Respondent shall file and serve a written response to the Motion. Only those issues raised by the Motion or the response to the Motion shall be considered by the Court, and any uncontested allegations in the Motion shall be deemed admitted. It is further ORDERED that if Penn-America Insurance Company and Respondent reach an agreement regarding any of the issues raised in the Motion, Penn-America Insurance Company shall promptly file a notice with the Court advising the Court of what issues, if any, remain unresolved.
