ORDER: Defendant's Motion to Compel Arbitration and to Stay Proceedings Pending Arbitration #6 is GRANTED in part. The case will go to arbitration, and this litigation is STAYED pending completion of arbitration proceedings. In all other respects, including attorney's fees and costs, the Motion is DENIED. By December 24, 2020, and every subsequent 180 days, Plaintiff shall file a report on the status of the arbitration proceeding.
