ORDER. Plaintiff's Complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice to file an amended complaint within 30 days from the date of this Order. The Amended Complaint supersedes the original Complaint, and all claims must be raised in the Amended Complaint. Petitioner's Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis #2 is denied without prejudice. Within 30 days from the date of tis Order, Petitioner shall either (1) pay the filing fee in full or (2) move to proceed in forma pauperis by filing a completed Affidavit of Indigency form and Prisoner Consent Form and Financial Certificate. The failure to comply with this order, or explain noncompliance, will result in the dismissal of this action without further notice. The Clerk of Court is directed to send to Plaintiff the following: a prisoner Civil Rights Complaint form, an Affidavit of Indigency form, and the 42 U.S.C.
