Filing 5 ORDER granting in part and denying in part #3 Motion for Miscellaneous Relief, specifically to Hold 2255 Petition in Abeyance for Sixty Days Due to the Bureau of Prison's Consistent Covid-19 Lockdowns. On or before September 16, 2021, Petitioner shall file an Amended Motion to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence on the standard 28 U.S.C. 2255 form that contains all his grounds for relief.
