The Court thanks counsel for their efforts to amicably resolve the discovery dispute without further intervention of the Court. It is so ordered. Signed by Judge Sarah A. L. Merriam on 11/17/2020. P. 26(a)(2) on any issues on which they do not bear the burden of proof by July 26, 2021. All discovery shall be completed by August 26, 2021.
