Although Plaintiffs' Verified First Amended Complaint properly alleges the citizenship of Michael Kamel and St. Michael, Inc., it still fails to adequately allege the citizenship of Defendant Karl Gross Egypt, Ltd. Specifically, Plaintiffs allege that Raed Asaad Hanna is the "sole managing member" of Defendant, but fail to allege that he is the sole member. To the extent that he is not the sole member, Plaintiffs must identify and allege citizenship as to each and every member of Karl Gross Egypt, Ltd. To the extent he is the sole member, Plaintiffs shall so state. Accordingly, on or before April 29, 2022, Plaintiffs shall file an amended Response fully setting forth the citizenship of Karl Gross Egypt, Ltd.
