ORDER severing Plaintiff Howard Cohan's claims. Plaintiff's claim related to Defendant Ross Dress for Less Inc.'s Melbourne location shall remain in the instant case. On or before February 14, 2023, Plaintiff shall file an amended pleading in this case that asserts only his claim regarding Defendant's Melbourne location. On or before February 14, 2023, Plaintiff shall file separate actions asserting only his claim related to Defendant's Apopka and Altamonte Springs location. All cases filed pursuant to the preceding paragraphs shall be assigned to the Honorable Judge Anne C. Conway and Magistrate Judge Daniel C. Irick. At the time each new case is filed, Plaintiff's counsel shall provide the clerk a copy of this order.
