ORDER granting in part and denying in part #11 Verified Emergency Motion for Preliminary Injunction. Insofar as the Motion seeks a temporary restraining order, it is GRANTED. Defendants are TEMPORARILY RESTRAINED and ENJOINED from: Selling or otherwise destroying or disposing of the products that are the subject of this lawsuit. Failure to comply with the provisions of this temporary restraining order and injunction may result in sanctions, including default judgment in favor of Plaintiff. Plaintiff is not required to post any bond. Ruling on the request for a preliminary injunction is DEFERRED. As soon as practicable, but no later than Friday, January 27, 2023, Plaintiff shall serve a copy of this Order on Defendants and thereafter file proof of service. Plaintiff and Defendants shall appear on Friday, February 3, 2023, at 9:30 AM in Courtroom 5B, George C. Young United States Courthouse Annex, 401 W. Central Boulevard, Orlando, Florida, before the Honorable Carlos E. Mendoza. The Court will hear argument and the parties may present evidence. Defendants are advised that failure to appear at the hearing may result in the imposition of a preliminary injunction without further notice.
