ORDER severing the Plaintiff's claims. The claims of Plaintiff Barbara Andreas shall remain in the instant case. On or before February 14, 2023, Plaintiff Andreas shall file an amended pleading in this case that asserts only her claims. On or before February 14, 2023, the other six Plaintiffs shall file separate actions asserting only their claims. Each case shall consist of only one Plaintiff. All cases filed pursuant to the preceding paragraphs shall be assigned to District Judge Anne C. Conway and Magistrate Judge Embry J. Kidd.
