Filing 6 ORDER severing Defendant Howard Cohan's claims. Plaintiff's first claim related to Defendant McDonald's Malabar Road location in Palm Bay, shall remain in the instant case. On or before February 21, 2023, Plaintiff shall file an amended pleading in this case that asserts only his claim regarding McDonald's Malabar Road location. On or before February 21, 2023, Plaintiff shall file separate actions asserting individual actions against the appropriate Defendant related to: (1) Babcock Street location in Palm Bay; (2) State Road 436 location in Altamonte Springs; and (3) State Road 434 in Altamonte Springs. Each case shall relate to only a single location, and a filing fee shall be paid for each new case. All cases filed pursuant to the preceding paragraphs shall be assigned to District Judge Anne C. Conway and Magistrate Judge Embry J. Kidd. At the time each new case is filed, Plaintiff's counsel shall provide the Clerk with a copy of this Order and shall notify the Clerk that, pursuant to this Order, the case is to be assigned to District Judge Anne C.
