December 8, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 90 ORDER: On November 4, 2022, the defendants filed a motion for summary judgment and a motion to dismiss for improper venue. On November 8, the motion to dismiss for improper venue was denied. On December 7, 2022, defendants filed a motion under 28 U.S.C. 1404(a) to transfer this case to the Southern District ofGeorgia or the Middle District of Florida.
