April 21, 2023	Filing 2 ORDER- Petitioner is notified that, for the reasons explained above, the Court intends to summarily DISMISS the Petition. If Petitioner desires to proceed in this action with any challenge to his October 27, 2017 convictions and sentences, he must file an Amended Section 2254 Petition that complies with the Rules Governing Section 2254 Cases In the United States District Courts within THIRTY (30) DAYS after the date of this Order. Petitioner is cautioned that he filed this Petition under Section 2254, and the Petition is subject to the one-year federal limitations period and the successive-petition bar applicable to such petitions. Within THIRTY (30) DAYS after the date of this Order, Petitioner must either (1) file an Affidavit of Indigency or other application to proceed in forma pauperis or (2) pay the full filing fee. Petitioner's failure to timely comply with this Order or to explain noncompliance will result in the dismissal of this action without further notice.
