ORDER- The Complaint (Doc. 1) is DISMISSED without prejudice. If Plaintiff desires to proceed in this action, he must file an amended complaint on or before June 28, 2023. To amend his complaint, Plaintiff should fill out a new civil rights complaint on the appropriate form, marking it "Amended Complaint." The amended complaint must include all of Plaintiff's claims; it may not refer to or incorporate portions of the prior complaint. The amended complaint supersedes Plaintiff's prior complaint, and all claims (including those claims identified in this order as sufficient to proceed to service of process) must be raised in the amended complaint. Plaintiff's failure to timely comply with this Order will result in dismissal of this action for failure to state a claim without further notice.
