On November 13, 2023, the Court entered an Order #7 (the "Order") directing Plaintiffs to show cause as to its failure to file a Notice of Pendency of Other Actions and a Certificate of Interested Persons. The Court notified Plaintiffs that failure to comply with the Order within fourteen (14) days may result in dismissal of the case without further notice or other appropriate sanctions. #7 Plaintiffs have failed to comply with the Order, and the time to do so has now passed.
