ORDER dismissing case without prejudice. On December 18, 2023, the Court entered an #6 Order (the "Order") directing Plaintiff to show cause as to its failure to file a Notice of Pendency of Other Actions and a Certificate of Interested Persons. The Court notified Plaintiff that failure to comply with the Order within fourteen (14) days may result in dismissal of the case without further notice or other appropriate sanctions. Although Plaintiff filed a #7 Notice of a Related Action, Plaintiff did not file a Certificate of Interested Persons. Consequently, Plaintiff has failed to comply with the Order, and the time to do so has now passed. Therefore, it is ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
