Nonetheless, given Plaintiff's concerning allegations about his medical symptoms, the Clerk shall IMMEDIATELY e-mail and/or fax a copy of this Order and Plaintiff's Complaint #1 to the following for forwarding to the Orange County Sheriff and any appropriate officials at the Orange County jail who may check on Plaintiff's welfare. Thereafter, the Clerk shall make an entry on the docket reflecting compliance with Paragraph 2 of this Order and mail a copy of this Order and a copy of the prisoner civil rights complaint form to Plaintiff.
