Filing 32
ENDORSED ORDER denying without prejudice Plaintiff's motion to reopen this case (Dkt. #31). Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, has still failed to pay the filing fee or file the appropriate paperwork to seek leave of court to proceed without paying the filing fee, and has failed to file a Notice of Pendency of Other Actions and a Disclosure Statement. (See Dkt. #29.) Further, Plaintiff's motion does not fully comply with Local Rule 1.08, which sets forth the typography requirements for all filings in this case, or with Local Rule 3.01, which governs motion practice in this case. Specifically, Local Rule 3.01(g) requires Plaintiff to confer with Defendant in good faith to resolve the motion before it is filed and to include a certification regarding the conferral at the end of the motion. Plaintiff may renew his motion after he submits the required Notice of Pendency of Other Actions, provided that the motion fully complies with all applicable Middle District of Florida Local Rules. The court encourages Plaintiff to read the Local Rules at https://www.flmd.uscourts.gov/local-rules/ and to consult the resources for pro se parties available at https://www.flmd.uscourts.gov/litigants-without-lawyers.
