Pursuant to the Court's #23 FLSA Scheduling Order, Plaintiff Hector Martins was required to answer the Court's Interrogatories under oath or penalty of perjury, serve a copy on Defendant, and file same with the Court on or before November 21, 2025. To date, Plaintiff has failed to comply with the Court's FLSA Scheduling Order. According to Defendant, Plaintiff also failed to properly confer with Defendant in advance of the instant Motion. Consequently, Plaintiff Hector Martins is directed to SHOW CAUSE within fourteen days from the date of this Order as to why this case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute under Middle District of Florida Local Rule 3.10. Alternatively, Plaintiff may cure his failure by filing his answers to the Court's Interrogatories within fourteen days, thereby discharging the Order to Show Cause.
