Additionally, Plaintiff has failed to comply with the Court's Order to Show Cause of September 8, 2025 directing the Plaintiff to show cause and file a response within fourteen days. (Doc. #38 (the "First Order to Show Cause")). Plaintiff was warned that failure to comply with the First Order to Show Cause may result in the dismissal of this case without further notice or other appropriate sanctions. (Id.) Therefore, it is ORDERED that Plaintiff shall SHOW CAUSE and file a response to said Order within fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order.
