ORDER: 1. No later than February 20, 2026, Plaintiff must confer with counsel for Defendants by telephone in an effort to agree upon and prepare a joint case management report; 2. No later than February 27, 2026, Plaintiff must file a case management report. For avoidance of doubt, it is typically possible for the parties to agree on a jointly-prepared case management report and it is expected that a joint case management report can be submitted in this case. However, if a conference with Defendants' counsel reveals that there are aspects of the case management report upon which Plaintiff and Defendants do not agree, Plaintiff must file a unilateral case management report that identifies the points of disagreement with Defendants and the good faith basis for the disagreement; 3.
