ENDORSED ORDER denying without prejudice Plaintiff's #26 motions. Plaintiff combines at least two motions--a motion to amend and a motion for an extension of time to perfect service--into one document. (See Dkt. #26 at 6-8.) This court's local rules require that all motions "include--in a single document no longer than twenty-five pages inclusive of all parts--a concise statement of the precise relief requested, a statement of the basis for the request, and a legal memorandum supporting the request." M.D. Fla. R. 3.01(a). If Plaintiff seeks relief from the court, Plaintiff must file separate motions that comply with the court's local rules. See Casaburro v. Weiss, No. 6:24-cv-316-JSS-LHP, 2024 WL 3678320, at *1, 2024 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 111772, at *2 (M.D. Fla. June 25, 2024) (advising a pro se plaintiff to "file separate motions for separate relief" because "combining multiple requests for relief in the same motion is inappropriate"). The #26 motions are also denied without prejudice for failure to comply fully with Middle District of Florida Local Rule 3.01(g). See Cummings v. Dep't of Corr., 757 F.3d 1228, 1234 n.10 (11th Cir. 2014) ("The right of self-representation does not exempt a party from compliance with relevant rules of procedural and substantive law." (quoting Birl v. Estelle, 660 F.2d 592, 593 (5th Cir. 1981))); Loren v. Sasser, 309 F.3d 1296, 1304 (11th Cir. 2002) (stating that pro se plaintiffs are "required... to conform to procedural rules"). Under 3.01(g), Plaintiff must confer with the opposing party in a good faith effort to resolve the motion and must certify that Plaintiff has conferred with the opposing party. (See Dkt. 15.)
