Phillips and Carvana are DIRECTED to arbitrate Phillips's claims against Carvana in accordance with the arbitration agreement between these parties. Phillips's claims against Carvana are DISMISSED without prejudice, and the Clerk is DIRECTED to terminate Carvana as a party to this case. This case is STAYED pending the outcome of the arbitration, and the Clerk is DIRECTED to administratively close this case. Either by July 28, 2026, or within five days after the arbitration reaches its outcome, whichever is earlier, Phillips shall file in this case a status report advising the court of the progress of the arbitration.
