This case shall be TRANSFERRED to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Ocala Division, for all further proceedings.The Clerk of the Court is directed to effect the transfer and CLOSE this case. In light of Plaintiff's concerning allegations, the Clerk shall also IMMEDIATELY transmit via email a copy of Petitioner's filing (Doc. #1) and this Order to Ken Sumpter, the Inspector General for the Florida Department of Corrections and David Colon, Warden of Lake Correctional Institution.
