July 10, 2026 Opinion or Order Filing 13 ORDER to show cause as to Anselmo J. Quijada Campos. This cause is before the Court upon periodic review. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the Court's Order of May 18, 2026 directing counsel to file a Notice of Pendency of Other Actions and a Disclosure Statement. (Doc.#5). Additionally, Plaintiff has failed to comply with the Court's Order to Show Cause of June 15, 2026 directing the Plaintiff to show cause and file a response within fourteen days. (Doc. #6 (the "First Order to Show Cause")). Plaintiff was warned that failure to comply with the First Order to Show Cause may result in the dismissal of this case without further notice or other appropriate sanctions. (Id.) On June 22, 2026, Plaintiff filed a Disclosure Statement (Doc. #7 (the "Filed Disclosure Statement")). However, the Filed Disclosure Statement was stricken on June 22, 2026, and the plaintiff was directed to file a new Disclosure Statement using the form in Local Rule 3.03 within seven days. (Doc. 11). No new Disclosure Statement has been filed. Therefore, it is ORDERED that Plaintiff shall SHOW CAUSE and file a response to said Order within fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order.
