Filing 5
ENDORSED ORDER striking #1 Complaint. The Complaint fails to comply with Rules 8 and 10 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure because it fails to provide adequate notice of the claims against each defendant and the factual grounds upon which each claim rests. Moreover, the Complaint as currently drafted is subject to dismissal under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(b) for failure to state a claim, because the allegations of the complaint fail to meet the standard of plausibility required under Ashcroft v. Iqbal, 556 U.S. 662, 679 (2009) ("Determining whether a complaint states a plausible claim for relief will... be a context-specific task that requires the reviewing court to draw on its judicial experience and common sense. But where the well-pleaded facts do not permit the court to infer more than the mere possibility of misconduct, the complaint has alleged--but it has not 'show[n]'--'that the pleader is entitled to relief.'). To that end, Plaintiff is granted until June 12, 2026, to re-file the complaint in compliance with this Order. Failure to timely comply with this Court's order may result in dismissal of the case without further notice. Signed by Judge Anne-Leigh Gaylord Moe on 6/3/2026. (JMT)
