June 26, 2026 Opinion or Order Filing 3 ORDER denying without prejudice #2 Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. Plaintiff shall file an Amended Complaint as described above within THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of this Order. The Clerk of the Court shall mail Plaintiff a court-approved form to use for filing the Amended Complaint. After Plaintiff files the Amended Complaint, he may submit an amended motion to proceed in forma pauperis. Within THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date on this Order, Plaintiff shall either file a fully completed Prisoner Consent Form and Financial Certificate (if Plaintiff desires to proceed as a pauper) or pay the filing fee (if Plaintiff does not wish to proceed as a pauper). The Clerk of Court is directed to mail Plaintiff a standard civil rights form and a Prisoner Consent Form and Financial Certificate along with this Order. Signed by Magistrate Judge Daniel C.
